1. How You Book Us

We collect booking inquiries primarily through Meta Lead Forms (Facebook and Instagram). When you click our ad or booking button and submit the form, Meta shares the information you provided with Late Checkout Music.

2. Information We Collect via Meta Forms

  • Name, email, phone number, Instagram handle
  • Event date, venue / city, event type (wedding, corporate, private party), guest count, music style / budget
  • Meta provides technical data like which ad you clicked

3. How Late Checkout Music Uses It

  • To check availability and respond to your event
  • To send pricing, contracts, invoices and build your playlist
  • To communicate timeline and logistics with you and your venue or planner (only with your OK)
  • We do NOT sell your info. We do NOT add you to spam lists.

4. Where Your Data Goes

  • Meta Business Suite: Your lead lives in our Page Inbox / Business Suite for up to 90 days before Meta auto-deletes it.
  • Our Private Storage: We move inquiries to our private email and drive to manage the booking. Our Publii website is static and does NOT store leads on the web server.
  • Payment Processors: Deposits via Zelle / Venmo / Stripe - we only see confirmation, not your full card number.

5. Meta Pixel and Cookies

Our site may use the Meta Pixel to measure if our Facebook and Instagram ads led to a booking. The Pixel may set cookies. You can opt-out in Facebook > Settings > Ad Preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser.

6. Event Photos / Video

We may capture photos or video of the dance floor for our portfolio on @latecheckout.music and ricviera.com. We never tag names or share private event details without your written permission. Let us know before the event if you want no photos.

7. Your Rights

  • Ask us to delete your info: Email [email protected]
  • Delete your Meta form submission: Facebook > Settings > Your Information > View Your Form Activity
  • California residents (CCPA): Right to know what we collect and request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

8. Data Retention

Meta auto-deletes leads after 90 days. Late Checkout Music keeps inquiries for 24 months, contracts and invoices for 4 years for taxes. Portfolio media is kept until you request removal.
